  • Can my existing heating system be made more efficient with Smart Heating controls?

    Yes. We can defintely work with your exsiting equipment and you do not need to have a full on Smart Home installation to do this. We can install more energy efficient valve actuators, have better control over zone valves and pump operation, monitor hot water cylinder temperature more efficiently and monitor individual room temperatures, to give you a more accurate reading. 

  • Can my cameras be upgraded without replacing all the cables?

    Yes, in some circumstances. There are different methods in which cameras operate and are connected to a DVR/NVR. We can assess your original equipment to see if your camera does need replacing or reconfigured and also check to see if your DVR/NVR is compatible with a replacement camera.

  • Do I need lots of cables run to install an alarm system?

    No, we can install a fully wireless system including motion sensors, door contacts, internal and external sirens and much more. The only part that needs to be hard-wired is the main hub, which could be as simple as plugging it in to a main socket. 

  • Smart Homes sound complicated, are they?

    No, with the help of a simple app to control features, it couldn't be simpler. 

    Lighting, heating, shading, audio, multimedia and security can all be controlled at the touch of a button, and the app is fully customisable to your preferences. 

  • Once I've had my Smart Home installation, do I have any support?

    Yes, we offer 3 months free support following installation completion & handover of any system we install, which means full peace of mind that anything you are not quite sure of or want help with, we are on hand while you are still getting to grips with your new controls. 

    After this period we are still able to offer support, but there will be a fixed charge for this.
